Emergency notice - Issues with one of the mail hosting servers, 11 November 2008
We are experiencing some hardware issues with one of our mail servers, which might result in:
1. Intermittent issues resolving the webmail service.
2. Sending / receiving mails from the mail clients.
All Mail Hosting Orders pointing to the below IP Addresses would be affected.
74.55.199.220
74.55.199.43
74.55.199.44
74.55.199.134
Rest assure, since there will be no mail loss and the existing mails on the Server will be available post the issue is rectified.

Update: The issue has been rectified and all the services are restored to normal.
